aren't really a bug and require more discussion, which should be done on
an appropriate mailing list or forum.

start for determining which mailing list to use. You could post your
idea in Ubuntu Brainstorm at https://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/ where it can
be discussed, voted by the community and reviewed by developers. Thanks
