The trash kio slave that KDE3 apps use for moving things to the trash is in kdebase-kio-plugins. (Not available in Intrepid and in previous releases probably wasn't dragged in to gnome installs) Until a stable KDE4 version of kdevelop is released this won't be fixed since the trash kio slave lives in kdelibs in KDE4..
