Public bug reported:

1) Install gadmin-squid to try it out

2) Launch gadmin-squid. It will tells you that it wants to create a new
configuration and that, if you are not sure, should be what you want.

3) I agreed to that, thinking it was a gadmin configuration only.

4) Your squid configuration is deleted (no way to have it back !) and
squid doesn't launch anymore because the "new configuration" is full of
unknown command.

This is simply not acceptable. gadmin should always backup your configuration
before changing anything. Also, if a squid configuration exists, it should use
it, not put its own (not everybody is starting it with an empty config, it
should read the existing config). And last but not least, gadmin should have a
working default config.

** Affects: gadmin-squid (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
