Thank you for your bug report. That doesn't sound like a Nautilus issue,
so I'm re-assigning to Compiz for now. Does this happen with all
windows? Are you using desktop effects (check in System -> Preferences
-> Appearance -> Visual Effects). Could you please attach your
/var/log/Xorg.0.log and ~/.xsession-errors files? Could you also please
try with the guest account to see if it is something specific to your
user profile?
