Marking as Invalid, as failed to reproduce on Intrepid.
Installed rapidsvn without the "subversion" package being installed
(providing binary svn), and rapidsvn seemed to function as expected
without relying upon package 'subversion'
If this is incorrect, please provide further information and the bug can
be re-opened.
