putting a release candidate into a release seems like a bad idea anyway... but unfortunately it is too late to even get version 2 in. sorry, I didn't get anything ready in time. I will however provide a backport for jaunty as soon as version 3 becomes stable. and I'll try to get a backport of version 2 ready sometime next week...
