Pbuilder by default indeed uses sudo to temporarily escalate to the
priviledge level required to chroot into the fake build environment.
Immediately afterwards pbuilder drops its privs down to nobody:nobody.
I think this is most appropriately marked as not a bug. Feel free to
disagree and/or offer suggestions :)
