javax/servlet/resources/web-app_2_2.dtd is in /usr/share/java/servlet-
api-2.4.jar, which is installed by libservlet2.4-java... and put in the
default classpath for tomcat. I don't know cruisecontrol, but that
should work.
Could you check what version of libservlet2.4-java (if any) is installed
?
