Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: deluge

I have noticed that if pause all torrents in deluge by right clicking on the
icon in the system tray and selecting Pause all the only way to start a torrent
again is to right click on the icon and click Resume all. If you select a
specific torrent in the deluge window and hit resume, nothing happens. I would
normally expect just that torrent to start again.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start a torrent in deluge.
2. Right click on the deluge system tray icon and click Pause all.
3. Open deluge window and select a torrent.
4. Click Resume.
5. Nothing will happen instead of just that torrent resuming.
