Definitely, I agree. 
This has made me perplexed at the beginning. But, I knew that I could just 
search for the kanjipad executable my "search" or finding the directory by 
opening Synatpic Package Manager and then clicking property on "kanjipad" 
package.
All of this just to know that the executable is located at "/usr/bin/kanjipad"

But, not everyone will know how to do this. Ubuntu is targeting non-
Linux experts, as such it is important to fix this kind of issues.
