gluschenko, Thanks for the explanation. evtouch driver has some preprocessor codes in its source that allows it to be built for older x.org versions, but I still don't get how preprocessor works, so I hope someone who's knowledgable in C will take a look at both evtouch and fujitouch source code and provide patch to make this possible. This way, it can probably even be backported to Hardy LTS (though it may require xorg.conf writing...)
Bryan, About rotation stuff, because I don't use it (now that you mention it, I've never used screen rotation in ubuntu!) I'm afraid I can't help you much about it. But looking at the differences in evtouch and fujitouch source code, I think adaptation to rotation is handled by the driver, thus changes has to be made in the source. I'd love to give it a look but right now I'm busy with my BSc final year study :( -- [needs-packaging] add support for fujitsu tablet input device https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/134401 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs -- universe-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/universe-bugs
