Lots of options. The easiest is probably to use FTP or SFTP assuming your Linux box has the matching FTP or sftp server or ssh where you can do ftp over ssh tunneling. Or you can just turn on samba on the linux box and mount the remote drive as a share on your Windoz box, thus using anything you like even drag and drop.
