Environment: SB2 SS 6.2 Trustix 3.0 Problem: I have a mix of FLAC and MP3 files in my /home/music folder. There are no problems with playing FLACs. However, the MP3s have moments where they race, skip, and emit sharp, short squealing sounds. I populated the Linux box with files from my XP box via FTP. Incidentally, I do not get this problem when I play the same MP3s from my XP box that runs SS 6.2 for Windows.
