Well I have now removed (deleted file) all plugins except the ones part of the distribution and this is still happening so I guess I am just gonna stick a cronjob to restart the process every 2 days at a realy silly hour in the morning. I guess it must be something else on my system that is causing this as I seem to be the only one with this problem. :(
