The Antec Sonata II. 12CM fans, a beeyatch to put together but well worth the low noise. Average price about $130 with power supply. Don't buy a case/power combo for less than $50. In-Win S500 series cases are great too. Well built and properly vented. 92MM fan on the back of newer models.
