Well, I ditched trying to use the SSH feature incorporated in Softsqueeze and set up tunneling through my SSH client. Everything works great! I just connect and then change my streaming option to what I want. I still don't understand why I couldn't forward a nonstandard SSH port in my firewall to port 22 on my internal machine, but, anyways, it's working now.
