The log is telling you the song is zero bytes long. Either the file is actually zero bytes long, or there's another problem. I'd guess it's either a Unix file permissions problem or a remote mounting permissions problem if this is a Samba or NFS filesystem.
Make sure you can get to the file as the user that Slimserver is running under. If you can't hopefully the error there will lead you to the solution.
