I've installed the latest .deb on my Debian etch machine. Works fine on the machine itself if I enter localhost:9000 in a browser, but from elsewhere on the LAN I get "the connection was refused when attempting to contact 192.168.0.11:9000". I've checked firewalls, and port 9000 is open.
running netstat doesn't show anything related to port 9000, so I guess nothing is listening on that port. Any suggestions as to how I get ss to respond?
