I recently made one by hacking up the debian init.d script from the
wiki.
remove the slimserver_safe reference, the slimserver.pl command line
options and simply swap names for the rest and it seems to work.
of course, you do have to move the .MusicMagic directory to the root
home, so that the headless server finds the mmm.ini, and the unlock
key.
