It certainly should be fixed in the latest. 6354 seems a bit old
(should be around build 6500+ for very recent). Any IR signal older
than a few seconds in the queue is dropped, and the repeat sensitivity
is also reduced a bit, I believe.
several users have confirmed that fix. I'd advise trying again, since
the version string is reporting a strangely older value.
