Like the user in an earlier post, I was ready to buy the Gigabit LinkStation until I came across the Home Server. Now I'm confused...
Does anyone know what the differences are between the Buffalo HS-D300GL Linkstation Home Server and the HD-HG300LAN Gigabit Linkstation products? They both have gigabit ethernet and I can't seem to find out what the hardware differences are. OK so the Home Server supports DLNA CERTIFIED™ devices. What does this mean to me running the Squeezebox with SlimServer? Has anyone managed to hack the Home Server successfully?
