Yeah, I figured that out yesterday. I was also having some big trouble with my playlist getting wiped out after playing one song. I think that I tracked that down to a problem with the TrackStat plugin. I'm not sure yet though, since my Ubuntu is doing a hard freeze on my every now and again, I have only played with the slimserver a little bit last night. But what I think was happening was that TrackStat was looing in /usr/var/slimdevices/Plugins rather that /usr/share/slimdevices/Plugins. I don't know if this is a problem with the Debian install package, or if it's something wrong with TrackStat. It may also be that I'm actually still having the same problem. As I said, I haven't had time to debug it. I will let the forum know when I have figured it out. But if anyone's got any suggestions for what else might be causing my playlist to get wiped, I'd love to hear suggestions.
