I'm assuming you want to find the "album" gain adjustment for the whole collection of files?
The long way would be to first convert all songs to a single format (probably mp3 since that's what you have the most of), then use mp3gain to calculate the album gain for all the files. Then apply that album gain to all the original files using the appropriate tool (mp3gain -> mp3, vorbisgain -> oggvorbis, metaflac -> flac, AAC -> I have no idea if faac can do this).
