My /media/LACIE/Media/Music is an external drive that is not switch on
when I boot into Ubuntu.

When everything has started on my machine I then turn it on. Ubuntu
will then auto-mount it and as a user I can read/write to/from it.

I can't have this on when I boot as my Linux machine itself runs from a
USB drive for various reasons.

Shall I just add Browny's line to my fstab and all should be sorted, or
will this clean itself out when I reboot?!

Andy
