I don't understand what you're implying here. I've seen these errors in my slimserver.log [1] for the past couple of weeks. Slimserver starts, but nothing responds to localhost:9000. According to http://bugs.slimdevices.com/show_bug.cgi?id=3968, The solution is to downgrade mysql? That kills amarok and kexi and anything else that depend on them. Is there a real fix for this? I'm using Debian-amd64/Unstable; does SlimServer support this?
