It built the modules, but slimserver wouldn't start. Maybe I should have responded to the script prompts that my slimserver path was "/usr/local/slimserver/server" instead of just "/usr/local/slimserver"? I would have tried that, but the build takes a while on a LinkStation and it was getting late, so I fell back to eliminating the 'server' directory layer and it's all working well. Glad to see the improvements, although still looking forward to bugs #3255 and #3350 getting sorted out soon.
