I've upgraded from 6.5b3 to 6.5.0 and I'm getting these errors in the

This excerpt is from starting SS and then doing a rescan.
I've disabled all non-standard plugins.
I'm running Fedora FC5, and when I run 'perl -v' it is reported as
v5.8.8
I've seen this in other postings, but the error seems to relate to an
older version of Perl.......
Any ideas?
