I had the scan problen when I built 6.3.1 initially - then I found that the DBD-SQLite was not being linked properly with a library.
I'll create a tar file for 6.5.1. when it is stable. 6.5.x requires a new MySQL with InnoDB which is not in the unslung MySql ipk - although it can be made to work with SS 6.5.0.
