Now about 20% of my albums show up twice. Each of the two copies has some of the tracks. The id3 tags look ok. Each album is in a single directory, organized by iTunes.
Is there any pattern to the duplicated albums? Try installing the latest 6.5.1 nightly. If you drill down to the Track Info level, are the 'Location' paths exactly the same for the same track in a duplicated album?
