There are two issues here. First, I missed a case where I should have
replaced /usr/bin/perl in the scripts with the ports ${PERL} variable.
Second, you somehow installed perl in such as way that you didn't have a
/usr/bin/perl. I'm pretty sure the link is created by default so I'm
not sure how to accomplish that, but I've now corrected the port to
modify the script correctly so things should work.
