A new install of 6.5.1 on Ubuntu fails to find players, and they can't
find Slimserver. The network infrastructure works perfectly for
Slimserver 6.5.1 on a WinXP box talking to the same players.
The 6.5.1 install is the Debian package.

Slimserver appears to be working normally from the web interface; it
finds the library (on a mounted NAFS Samba share) and can access it.
I'm a linux newbie and could use some help with this!
