I am running slimserver 6.5.1 on Redhat Enterprise Linux 4 U4. I also use softsqueeze to play locally on the machine, in addition to some Squeezeboxes in my house.
Softsqueeze increases the CPU load it generates over time, until it eats up all CPU power after playing for an hour or so. Then I look with command: ps -eLf I see that a large number of java threads has been generated and runs at the same time. I think it is a bug. It should not use that many threads.
