OK, I did a chown and chgrp to slimserver on the file. It is residing in /etc/slimserver.conf.
I rebooted and this time the permissions stayed. I was having trouble with something called iptables. I have disabled that at startup which I think fixed this problem (unless my brother fixed something and didn't tell me). -- AndyMac ------------------------------------------------------------------------ AndyMac's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=4155 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=33931 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
