Hi people.

I'm new to Ubuntu and new to Slimserver and I'm currently testing out
Slimserver on a fresh Ubuntu 6.10 installation running on a Shuttle XPC
(Athlon XP 1800, 1Gb ram, 80Gb HDD).

I plan to add a 500Gb drive for music only, leaving the 80Gb for the
OS. However, the OS itself will only take up a bit of that 80Gb so I
will have perhaps 50Gb free.

I'd like to split my music libary between the two drives - perhaps
creating a 'virtual' drive or something. Say, a 'virtual' 550Gb drive
mounted at OS startup between the two drives.

Can anyone advise how to do something like this? Or, failing that, at
least a way to use two drives with the Slimserver software.

Thanks,

john
