Good point Josh, that's exactly what I was concerned about, but so far the programs which depend on shared libraries work just fine (xmms, totem, etc.) Of course this could change in the future. I looked into koen's method and was interested but it's beyond my expertise. I may have a crack at it tonight or tomorrow. I would rather install it separately like Ben advises but the ripper programs I use call the default FLAC version and there appears to be no way to change them. -- Mark Lanctot ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Mark Lanctot's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2071 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=34794 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
