That sounds very old.  It sounds like the file didn't get overwritten
when you upgraded.  I'm running stock 6.5.1 and have version 72.  

You may want to try seeing what's in the directory it's looking for and
if stuff is missing or out of date reinstall over the existing version. 
Or just upgrade if you're feeling lucky.
