I have slimServer running on a Linux system, Fedora. It's been working real good. But I just added about 10 new CD's .mp3 songs I ripped with iTunes.
I name a new folder and put them all there. I said scan for new music and search for them but it don't find them. So I said clear and scan. But still don't find them. I have SlimServer music folder set to: /home/Raymond/multimedia/audio The new songs I added are in the folder: /home/Raymond/multimedia/audio/multimedia2/audio/My Music/TimeLife multimedia2 is a symbolic link to the 2nd hard drive. I am running out of room on the 1st hard drive. I checked the permissions on the TimeLife folder it looks like this: drwxr-xr-x 13 Raymond Raymond 4096 May 16 13:13 TimeLife All the folder before it have the same permissions. Does any one know why SlimServer is not seeing it? -Raymond Day -- Raymond Day ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Raymond Day's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=1332 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=35359 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
