Thankyou for this advise. This is probaly my real problem. In fact, I even didn't know about this packages. So I tried it as described in http://www.nslu2-linux.org/wiki/Optware/Slugosbe Unfortunately, installation does not work as described, but I belief, this would be off topic, I will look out to find a forum for this problem.
