Hi folks, I installed a fresh Debian server today and then installed the slimserver and all deps from the Slimdevices Debian apt source (6.5.4)
It looks like now I've got two different mysqld processes, one is the standard Debian package configuration with the data dir in /var/lib/mysql and another mysqld which I can't tell where its db location is. If I do what I am used to on Debian (mysql -u root -p) I get connected to the standard mysql and there's no slimserver database or tables. I'd rather have just one mysql for everything (slimserver and other things I'm going to do like postfix virtual stuff in mysql, etc.) Any suggestions? Thanks!
