Are you trying to access the webpage over the Internet? A number of things could be causing problems. It's alwasy a good idea to try to access the slimserver webpage locally, i.e. from the same machine as slimserver is running on. So I recommend that you do that. It's also much easier to give advice if you start out with some minimal setup. When and if this works the next step is to be able to access the slimserver web-page from LAN and WAN.
