I upgraded my music server pc today and I found out that if you install from the disk the os defaults to picking up the UNstable versions of programs, slimserver or should I say SqueezeCenter included. (No matter what the source is pointed to!!!)
You have to go into software sources and set the updates to only download the Stable version or you end up with SqueezeCenter when you expected Slimserver.
