The error message says that MySQL wasn't available. But as it doesn't care 
about where you're accessing the interface from, we've got to get an idea 
what's really broken. Can you still confirm that it does work on the LAN, but 
not over the internet? Do you see the MySQL failure every time you try to do 
so? And can you confirm MySQL is actually running? A MySQL log file might help, 
too.
