If you are using another Linux or have never tried Linux, PCLinuxOS, Mepis, Mint and Ultimate (both are Ubuntu-based and more user friendly than stock ubuntu) are the best. I have installed over 50 Linuxes in the last year. Trust me, these are the cream of the crop right now.
