"Unstable" branches can change at will.  In the case of SqueezeCenter,
we compile a new version each night, incorporating any changes that
have been checked in.  Other debian packages don't do this, but there's
certainly no restriction on the behavior.

If you switch to stable or testing, rather than unstable, you won't get
a nightly update.
