since upgrading to SC7 a SoftSqueeze (Headless on a PC alone on an 802.11b wireless network) that I use for playing BBC radio stations through AlienBBC has started playing up.
It appears that the first request to play works but when trying to change station it is necessary to kill the SoftSqueeze threads (which conveniently auto restart) and then play again. This is quite annoying, especially as the PC is hidden away and should just follow the SqueezeBox3 it is synchronised with. It also appears necessary to limit the bit rate to 320Kb/s for the player to work at all, which I have no problem with but an unexpected change from SS6.5. All computers are running SuSE Linux 10.0, the SC7 is the latest release version, the SoftSqueeze is the latest downloaded yesterday. Any ideas what's going wrong? Thanks in advance. -- hellesangel ------------------------------------------------------------------------ hellesangel's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=5658 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=45282 _______________________________________________ unix mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/lists/listinfo/unix
