The name of the file is convert.conf and is placed in the Squeezecenter library (do a search for the file). Take a look at this post : http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=39653 Basicly you just create a new file called custom-convert.conf with the content of the thread mentioned in the same library as the convert.conf file
