Use yast to enable the SC service at a specific runlevel. 
I think it's yast - system - runlevel.

You can also manually add start and stop symlinks in rc5.d (or rc3.d).
The symlinks should be named something like S12squeezecenter and
K08squeezecenter and point to /etc/init.d/squeezecenter
