This needs someone who is familiar with apparmor to write the necessary configs/profiles and they can be added to the install bundles for Ubuntu. I did a similar thing for SELinux for the rpm builds but I'm afraid I'm not a DEbian/Ubuntu user and don't know anything about apparmor.
