OK I've really stepped in it this time! As root I wanted to change the shell for squeezecenter and should have done: chsh -s /bin/false squeezecenter
But I forgot the user and entered: chsh -s /bin/false !! So now I can't su to root. I'm still logged in as root and have tried: Code: chsh -s /bin/bash I then get: Password: chsh: PAM-autentifikation mislykkedes when I enter the root password!
