Sorry, there is a problem with the apparmor configuration that comes
with the stable version of squeezecenter.
You will need to run these commands from a terminal:

sudo rm /etc/apparmor.d/usr.sbin.mysqld.squeezecenter.orig
sudo /etc/init.d/apparmor restart
sudo /etc/init.d/squeezecenter restart
